We are a family business through and through, run by father-and-son team Mark and Jack Rogers. This gives our business a more personable and approachable feel – you can always get hold of us when you need to, and a friendly voice will always be on the end of the phone.
Our expertise in this industry forms a major part of our story. We are proud to be experts in planning as well as in building, and we have worked with local authorities for many years. In fact, one of our directors, Mark Rogers, spent five years working in Croydon Council’s planning control department and five years working for the National House Building Council. This has given him a unique insight into the world of planning and dealing with local authorities, meaning we can approach loft conversions from a different perspective. We know when you’ll need planning permission, we know when you won’t, and we can help you secure it if need be.
We then go on to create designs for your loft conversion or extension, making sure it is something you are completely happy with. We are passionate about offering a joined-up service, so that the only company you will need to deal with is us. With our wealth of knowledge and in-house resources, we are your personal architects, engineers and builders.
