This was a single storey kitchen extension, with bi-folding doors. The living room was opened up to the kitchen area to create a large family space opening out on to the garden – to keep the project cost as low as possible the kitchen was resprayed. Amtico flooring was used throughout the downstairs, in addition the toilet and shower room were refurbished as well as the utility room which included handmade, bespoke sliding doors dividing the bathroom and utility.
